As U-Can Shop participating merchant, you agree that you are responsible for all the products or services you provide through U-Can Shop. You are responsible for updating the status of every ordered item under your account. However, you reserve the right to set the terms and conditions relevant to the item or service you advertise. Your terms and conditions may include policies regarding orders, shipment, defective product, cancellation, refund and other things relevant to the transaction between you and your buyer.

You agree that your use of U-Can Shop services and facilities to purchase a product or service is at your own discretion. Upon ordering an item or service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by the seller whom you transact with. As a buyer, you understand that you cannot request cancellation for a certain transaction that was already on “dispatched” status and you agree to be charged for penalty if you want to withdraw a transaction that was already set as “order acknowledged” by a Seller.

All the services and facilities available within U-Can Shop are provided to serve both parties (Sellers and Buyers). However, U-Can Shop and its Affiliates do not warrant the accuracy of the content included on the service. You consent that you are using the U-Can Shop service at your own risk. U-Can Shop also makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied merchantability. All products and services that are made available by U-Can Shop are intended to represent no more than advertisement and general illustration. U-Can Shop users must refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation to determine your rights.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless to U-Can Shop and its Affiliates, Service Providers, Respective Officers, Directors and Employees, from any and all claims or demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of  your agreements contained herein.

Any act of infringement to the copyright and trademark laws from which U-Can Shop is bound by, as a user, you consent that proper court procedures will be enforced.
